Spring's Awakening

A new adaptation of the Ziegler translation of Frank Wedekind's Spring's Awakening. Performed outdoors in the Old Main courtyard in Detroit. Using a mix of actors and dancers the production sought to merge physical language and movement based theatre techniques as well as relying almost entirely on existing structures in the space. This fully staged workshop was Keller's directorial debut and became the seed of his artistic goals and mindset going forward.
